Earlier, curfew was imposed in 20 cities, including 8 major cities, from 8 pm to 6 am. Curfew will be imposed to other cities Himmatnagar, Palanpur, Navsari, Valsad, Porbandar, Botad, Viramgam, Chhota Udaipur and Veraval - Somnath from 8 pm to 6 am: Gujarat CMO

Order will come into effect from 28th April and will remain imposed till 5th May 2021. All essential services will continue in the above 6 cities during these restrictions. Grocery stores, vegetable shops, fruit shops, medical store, dairies, bakeries will be allowed: Gujarat CMO
All industries, manufacturing units, factories & construction activities to continue in these 29 cities. All medical and paramedical services will remain the same. All restaurants in these 29 cities will be closed only take-away services can be continued: Gujarat CMO
Malls, shopping complexs, cinema halls, auditoriums, gyms, swimming pools, water parks, public gardens, salon, spas & other amusement activities will be closed in all 29 cities. All APMCs will be closed, only APMCs associated with vegetables & fruits can be continued: Gujarat CMO
Public access to religious places across the state will be closed. Only administrators & priests will be able to perform puja. Public bus transport will continue in the entire state with 50% capacity. Maximum 50 people at weddings & 20 people at funerals allowed: Gujarat CMO

Air Chief Marshal informed PM that IAF has ordered 24x7 readiness of entire heavy lift fleet& substantial numbers of medium lift fleets to operate in a hub & spoke model to rapidly meet all Covid related tasking. Aircrew for all fleets augmented to ensure round the clock ops: PMO

Senior Advocate Rahul Mehra, appearing for Delhi Govt, tells High Court that 20 MT (Oxygen) is kept with us as buffer to answer SOS calls, it will be in tanker in liquid form.
During the hearing, the Court expressed helplessness, when a lawyer told the court about the condition of his relative and demanded an ICU bed as soon as possible, the court said that we have sympathy with you at the moment, "what should we do if hospital doesn't have ICU beds".

PM Narendra Modi chaired a meeting with top officials to review the Covid-19 relation situation in the country. The Empowered Group working on boosting Oxygen Supply briefed the PM on the efforts being made to ramp up availability and supply of oxygen in the country: PMO
