We have watched and listened from the mountains!
We have watched with disgust!

"A mother unleashed a piercing scream as her baby was ripped from her arms during a slave auction. Even as a lash cut her back, she refused to put her baby down and climb atop an auction block. The woman pleaded for God’s mercy."
— Henry Bibb, former slave, recalled in an 1849
"If any one thing in my experience, more than another, served to deepen my conviction of the infernal character of slavery, and to fill me with unutterable loathing of slaveholders, it was their base ingratitude to my poor old grandmother. She had served my old master faithfully
... faithfully from youth to old age. She had been the source of all his wealth; she had peopled his plantation with slaves; she had become a great grandmother in his service. She had rocked him in infancy, attended him in childhood, served him through life, and at his
... death wiped from his icy brow the cold death-sweat, and closed his eyes forever. She was nevertheless left a slave—a slave for life—a slave in the hands of strangers; and in their hands she saw her children, her grandchildren, and her great-grandchildren, divided, like so ...
... many sheep, without being gratified with the small privilege of a single word, as to their or her own destiny. "
"And to cap the climax of their base ingratitude and fiendish barbarity, my grandmother, who was now very old, having outlived my old master and all his children, having seen the beginning and end of all of them, and her present owners finding she was of but little value, her ...
... her frame already racked with the pains of old age, and complete helplessness fast stealing over her once active limbs, they took her to the woods, built her a little hut, put up a little mud chimney, and then made her welcome to the privilege of supporting herself there ...
... in perfect loneliness; thus virtually turning her out to die.'

Written by the influential abolitionist, Douglass's autobiography bears witness to the horrors of slavery.
Who determines what is canceled culture? And, is this so-called #cancelculture -- is it only things that culturally compliment "lily-white" Republican politics?
Does lily-white conservatism purge -- does it find clever ways to hide ideas that don't facilitate its objectives?
Weren't the majority of Confederate monuments built between the 1890s and 1950s, which according to the Southern Poverty Law Center, "matches up exactly with the era of Jim Crow segregation.” ?
African slaves, black people, my ancestors were forced for centuries (without pay) -- forced for centuries to build what some white folk refer to as "Their culture".
There is no Southern culture without black people.
So, who's contributions are actually being canceled?
Whose culture(s) were canceled to make space for White Supremacy?
Didn't "The Lily-White Movement" cancel over a century of Black Republican political contribution to the Republican Party?
Let's talk about canceling shit!
Do conservatives employ diversity in nefarious ways; has it ever tried to bump off an authentic black-view, for a more servile -- Uncle Tom view?
Let's have a conversation.
Let's ask questions.
Will white-idebtity politics; will it exchange the truth for a lie? Will it replace an authentic truth with something that is merely a facsimile of itself?
White Supremacy loves to talk about #CancelCulture! They're forever quaking about other people canceling out their White culture.
Mind you, the so-called "white" culture they claim they've defending; is actually a culture built by non-whites, too.
#CancelCulture is a White Supremacist attempt to avoid responsibility --- for canceling out other people's culture.
It appeals to fairness, to diversity -- inorder to cement its White Supremacy
- It doesn't want competition.
- It doesn't want others to be doing what IT has always done.
There can only be one King!
"Africans torn from their homeland, forced into a cruel life of servitude because of the color of their skin; Language, culture and identity denied PURPOSELY to tear them apart from themselves so that they might better serve the purposes of their keepers."
How many unknown stories of black people, over the many years -- centuries -- who lost their livelihoods, lost families (many tossed into the ocean - eaten by sharks) -- jobs because they refused to bow a knee to White Supremacy?
That's their new definition of diversity: A Black person who agrees with their "lily-white" objectives
Panic Over ‘#CancelCulture’ Is Another Example of Right-Wing Project
They want a world where they can say the most reprehensibly racist things without ever being accused of racism."
— Chidike Okeem
“Is it cancel culture when conservatives try to get college professors disciplined for anti-Americanism, or critics of Israel de-platformed for antisemitism?” asked Ross Douthat (New York Times, 10/14/20). “Sure, in a sense.”
"Accusing your enemy of doing what you’re doing—in this case, right-wing organizations canceling left-wing academics, and then claiming liberals are perpetrating cancel culture—is a form of deflection that riles the right-wing base against intellectuals, but also sends the ....
... coded message that the Republican Party will do what it can to silence left-wing critics."
Q: Where is this so-called “intellectual diversity” within mainstream conservatism?
Why do they have hand-picked surrogates for the media and universities (preferred representatives)? Why do they CANCEL out CONSERVATIVE views that don't compliment their political narratives?
Holding evil in their hands (confederate flag) talking about #CancelCulture ....
Lecturing the progeny of survivors -- harrasing the great-grandchildren of Africans who survived having their culture's canceled.
@OXIOXIForever@NRO Sowell represents a new strain of Black conservatism - one that Baldwin wasn't probably familiar with. I think Sowell was a Marxist when Baldwin was debating Buckley. The Sowell strain of black conservatism, I think it is largely a byproduct of white immigrants fleeing Europe.
@OXIOXIForever@NRO It's another neo-conservative failure; a (colorblind) attempt to address issues of color without actually addressing Black people. It's a very presumptuous ideology.
And, that makes it rash.
@OXIOXIForever@NRO Unlike, with Asian, Hispanic. European (Jewish) immigrants -- Africans didn't want to come here. They were forced here. And, they were forced to build the place. And, now, everybody and their mamma wanna come.
As #TimScott, the only Black Republican senator prepares to respond to Biden, it is worth remembering--"Why African Americans left the #GOP!" #BidenAddress

Racial Slavery Denialism
“It does not argue that the Transatlantic Slave Trade did not happen, instead claims that it does not matter, that it has no legacy.“
— Liam Hogan
"False equivalence and an endless dishonest minimisation are characteristics of both Racial slavery denialism and Holocaust denialism. The system of racialised perpetual hereditary chattel slavery that was developed in the New World by Europeans has NO EQUIVALENT IN HISTORY ..
