By the time you are done reading the headline, if you like vets, or motorcycles or freedom then the author expects you to be too mad to use your brain. You might share it without even reading it & having a chance to fact check it.

I lost track of the typos in this in just the first 2 paragraphs, low quality work meant to fool low information voters.

If Joe was stopping it, why didn't Joe's DOT & DOI stop it?

So 2 of Joe's agencies permitted the ride to happen & it will happen. So it wasn't cancelled, they just have to use a staging area other than the Pentagon's parking lots. So joe didn't cancel the event, he allowed it.
BUT maybe with speculated increased inconvenience or cost!

So with your brain shutdown by the emotional triggers planted in this story, you might miss those two details.
