OK - #insurrectionBlues cases of CHRESTMAN, KUEHNE, COLON, KONOLD & ASHLOC is before DDC Judge Timothy J. Kelly. Inner City Press will live tweet, thread below. Song: soundcloud.com/innercitypress…
Defense counsel consents to delay in case - says he wants to take his family to Yellowstone on vacation in July. Judge Kelly says he supports that.
Judge: any problem with getting access to the jail on June 24? Say 10 am?
All defense counsel agree.
Judge Kelly excludes time under Speedy Trial Act, citing unusually voluminous discovery.
AUSA says the same lawyer representing both Konolds may be a conflict
Konolds' lawyer Watkins asks if his clients can visit his office in St. Louis.
Another defendant's lawyer wants to leave for a 3:30 pm conference. He's allowed to leave, as well as his client.
A Mr. Cooper has another issue.
The St. Louis based lawyer says he'd prefer not to drive to Arizona to meet his clients.
Judge Kelly says just get approval to fly to St. Louis.
Now Crestman and Cooper go into breakout room.
It's over. See, InnerCityPress.com & patreon.com/MatthewRussell…

Still the cases haven't formally started. Lawyer for accused insurrectionist Anthony Antonio tells someone (the prosecutor), You look like Chris Hayes of MSNBC. An advocacy tactic?
Now a "Mister Copeland" on the multi-defendant call is shouting, I'm in my car, I have nothing to hide!
He is told, repeatedly, not to talk on the public line.
I have nothing to hide, Copeland says. #insurrectionBluessoundcloud.com/innercitypress…
While it's 13 minutes until arraignment, Maxwell's lawyers have gone into the cell block to the side of the courtroom, to meet with her. U.S. Marshals prepare two chairs to set behind her when she'd brought in
Drum roll: Three US Attorney's Office prosecutors in the front tables, two defense lawyers at the second table with a seat between them for Maxwell. And here she is: Ghislaine Maxwell in a light blue prison shirt and black face mask, sipping water

Judge Sullivan: Mr Ullah, have you had a chance to review the Pre-Sentencing Report with your report?

OK - now #insurrectionBlues detention hearing of Charles Donohoe before DDC Magistrate Judge Harvey. AUSA is seeking "continuing threat." Inner City Press will live tweet, thread below. Song: soundcloud.com/innercitypress…
Judge Harvey: I've read Judge Kelly's ruling. But distinguishing this defendant from the others, I think I have a good grasp on. Are you arguing risk of flight?
AUSA: No. We argue danger to the community. There is a rebuttal presumption - and the 1361 crime
AUSA: In the wake of the Proud Boys chairman for behavior in December, Donohoe stepped forward --
Judge Harvey: Leader is one of the things in my mind. You say he was a president of the chapter of a city in NC.
OK - another #insurrectionBlues case, US v. Richard Lee Harris. He is represented by the public defenders not in DC but in South Florida (seemingly, to relieve pressure on DC staff). Inner City Press will live tweet, thread below. Song: soundcloud.com/innercitypress…
The South Florida public defenders say they are not prepared to do the arraignment today. They says Speedy Trial Act claim has not begun, as he's not in the District and he not been arraigned yet. Asks for delay in arraignment.
Judge Nichols: Sounds fine.
AUSA: OK
AUSA: He's scheduled to move from Oklahoma (transfer station) to DC next week.
[Note: movement of Federal prisoners, for example from Florida to DC, goes through Oklahoma... This has come up in @sdnylive cases]
