How To Get 6-Pack Abs

(ANYONE can do this)

I looked around my family and I saw no one had abs.

Personally, I thought my genetics doomed me...

That was until I figured out this 3 step formula anyone can use to craft 6 pack abs πŸ‘‡
#1: Lean

So, I will not BS you here...

If you're currently overweight, the first step for you will be getting lean.

Most people can't see their abs until they're at ~ 14% body fat.

The lower your body fat, the more abs you will see.

This means you need to fix your diet 1st.
Get in a calorie deficit and get lean.

Aim to lose about 1% of your body weight per week until you can see your abs to the level that you'd like.

#2: Exercise Selection

Most people screw this part up, so pay close attention to what I'm about to reveal.

We're not looking for fancy-looking stuff, we're looking for EFFECTIVE exercises that hit all of the core.
The main muscle groups we want to hit are

- glutes
- obliques
- hip flexors
- abdominals
- spinal erectors

So effective exercises selection will allow us to

- hit all muscle groups
- allows for progressive intensity

Here are some of my favorites πŸ‘‡
>> Oblique Extensions (obliques)
>> Hanging Leg Raises (abs + hip flexors)
>> Back Extensions (glutes + spinal erectors)

Search these up on YouTube to correct your form.

There are obviously many more but these are my favorites.
#3: Progressive Intensity

Your 6-Pack Abs and Core are just like any other muscle group...

This means you need to

1) Train HARD
2) Progress overtime
In order to do this, you should be tracking your workouts (sets, reps, & weights) and aiming to increase an intensity metric every workout.

Result: Muscle Growth
This is your formula for 6-pack abs.

1) Get Lean
2) Exercise Selection
3) Progressive Intensity
