This means achievement will be easier.

You will find yourself getting

- Happier
- Healthier
- Wealthier

Ready to unbrainwash yourself?
1) Audit your inputs

- beliefs
- values
- actions

All are strongly influenced by your inputs.

What are your inputs?

- your peers
- social media
- content you consume
You feel like shit is because you have shitty inputs.

- the news
- trash music
- negative people

How can you expect to operate at 100% when your inputs drain you rather than energize you?

Audit your inputs.

Make them ENERGIZE you.
2) Question everything

We have a problem in this world...

95% of people hear something and it passes through their brain as fact without hesitation.

I'll let you in on a secret.

There are persuasion triggers being used against you on a daily basis.
Common persuasion triggers such as "authority" and "social proof".

Your guard is down when these triggers are used.

You must learn to always keep it up.

If you don't, your brain will accept lies as fact and ultimately make you hold illogical beliefs.

Question everything.
3) Environmental exposure

- family
- friends
- co-workers

All influence your behavior & beliefs.

This will happen no matter what.

The key is to surround yourself with people that

>> have good inputs
>> question everything
4) Clear values

Every decision you make is determined by your values.

Example 👇

You are deciding what to order at a restaurant.

Option A: Salmon & veggies

Option B: Pizza

If you value health over taste, option A will win.

If you value taste over health, option B will win.
Take some time to gain clarity on your values.

Journal out what are the most important things to you in life.

Narrow down to a top 5.

Journal these values to yourself every morning.

You will find yourself acting in accordance with these values as a result.
5) Execute your mission

Want to impact the people around you?

>> Get clear on your mission
>> Execute relentlessly

You will effectively change your peers when you do so.

Remember, they are largely affected by their peers as well.

You can be the one to change everything.
Getting fit, rich, and happy is 300% easier when you follow these pillars.

1) Audit your inputs
2) Question everything
3) Environmental exposure
4) Gain clarity on your values
5) Execute your mission

Just as I was about to get up, a nurse entered the room.

She told me I had alcohol poisoning.

A moment of shock hit me.
