How To Get Fit In An Unhealthy Society

1) Audit your inputs

- actions

All are strongly influenced by your inputs.

What are your inputs?

- your peers
- social media
- content you consume
You will be unhealthy if you surround yourself with unhealthy people and information.

👉CHANGE THIS

Surround yourself with fit people.

Start following fit people on social media.

Eventually, you begin to change the way you think and ultimately change your actions.
2) Clear Values

Every decision you make is determined by your values.

Example 👇

You are deciding what to order at a restaurant.

Option A: Salmon & veggies

Option B: Pizza

If you value health over taste, option A will win.

If you value taste over health, option B will win.
Take some time to gain clarity on your values.

Journal out what are the most important things to you in life.

Narrow down to a top 5.

Journal these values to yourself every morning.

You will find yourself acting in accordance with these values as a result.
3) Honest Communication

Let's face it, some people in your life, you may not be able to or may not want to escape from.

This is okay.

You need to have clear communication with them.

Your family, friends, and the people you live with NEED to know your goals.
How will your family know they are sabotaging your diet by shoving junk food in your face if you've never told them?

You must have hard conversations to make your life easier.

This will make your environment work for you instead of against you.
