2/7 -Les Européens en plein déconfinement sont en situation de vulnérabilité, il leur faut d’urgence:
- atteindre une très faible circulation du virus,
- savoir rechercher toutes les chaînes de contaminations,
- empêcher le virus d’entrer sur le territoire,
- vacciner massivement
3/7 - A ce jour, Britanniques, Portugais, Finlandais et Islandais ont déjà atteints un très faible niveau de circulation du virus. Français, Allemands, Suisse, Italiens et Espagnols pourraient les rejoindre fin juin.
4/7 - Mais le Danemark et la Norvège connaissent actuellement un rebond alors qu’ils faisaient la course dans le peloton de tête ces dernières semaines. La Belgique et les Pays-Bas sont aussi en plateau trop élevé pour être sereins.
5/7 - Jusqu’à présent, dans cette pandémie, les rebonds étaient “contagieux” et gagnaient à partir d’une région l’ensemble du sous-continent européen à chaque fois qu’ils se produisaient. Le vaccin suffira-t-il à contrer le rebond apparent d’Europe du Nord aujourd’hui?

7/7 - La dernière mesure est une mesure de santé et de sécurité globale. Il s’agit d’organiser la production et la dispensation des vaccins efficaces et sûrs partout dans le monde (pas seulement dans les pays riches), pour terrasser ce virus le plus rapidement possible.
