Some people think something funny happened because, as more votes were counted, some states which Trump was winning at first ended up being won by Biden.

Trump was originally winning Michigan and Pennsylvania. And Biden was originally winning Ohio and Texas. The same exact number of states flipped after half of the votes were counted - 10. Trump ended up winning 5 and Biden ended up winning 5.
And the states that Biden was winning at the halfway point but which flipped to Trump as more votes came in were worth more electoral votes and the ones that flipped from Trump to Biden.

Donald J. Trump was the first Republican Presidential nominee to lose Duval County, FL since 1976. The first to lose Morris County, NJ, since 1964. The first Republican nominee to lose Johnson County, KS since 1916. And the first Republican nominee to lose Riley County, KS ever.
Trump’s loss was widespread. A lot of people and places that usually vote Republican decided to pass on him. He’ll never blame the person who is ultimately responsible for his failure because that would require looking in the mirror and the little boy inside him can’t do that.
So, the MAGA folks and the MAGA-curious might not like being reminded, through the use of very specific numbers and stats that can’t be refuted (because they’re true), that Donald J. Trump is a loser.
