The guy was a genius and a psychopath, had been selling dope to techies and yuppies for decades and basically taught himself law to keep getting in & out of jail

I dont suggest committing felonies and doing time

BUT...if you do, you'll learn more about business and (people) than you ever will reading fucking business books.

Stay safe and obey the law boys and girls
Your goal in creating a service or product is to fill a niche and make your what you are selling absolutely necessitous to the person

Make your dope the absolute best, and people will always be happy to pay, and they'll want more
Keep everyone happy and keep everyone paid.

if you do business right, you wont go down until you've gotten BIG TIME success and you start creating enemies who resent your success

People hate winners, thats why they try to impede them or bet against them
Being arrested doesnt mean shit. You dont know nothing, what are the cops even talking about?

HOW TO BULK PROPERLY

Let me preface,

Bulking CAN and DOES work, but only IF the right conditions are met

1) You need to be LEAN when you start. 8-10% bodyfat range

2) You need to bulk SLOWLY. Gaining 1lb a week. 4lbs a month.

3) You stop bulking once you get to the Mid Teens of bodyfat percentage. 15-17% bodyfat

4) You keep your weight in a holding pattern for a LONG TIME. 6 months minumum, up to 1-2 years even if you are SERIOUS about muscle gain

5) You MUST prioritize progressive Overload. You need to get as STRONG AS POSSIBLE at your heavier weight

6) After you have done the above, THEN you begin to "cut" and reach a leaner weight, with added muscle tissue and increased strength levels
