visits to the Hospital (WHITE COAT HYPERTENSION because the HCP wears white coat).

Hold yourself to the value you want others to hold you at and never give discounts for the value you provide.
The moment you restrict your esteem/price, the others would hop to hunt down.

NEVER USE Cotton bud, Broom stick, Biro, Needles, etc to remove EARWAX INSIDE YOUR EAR.

#DON'T, I repeat DON'T!

Earwax may may seen dirty but it has several functions in our body.

#LET_ME_EXPLAIN 👇👇👇👇

A Thread 👇
Your ears usually do a good job cleaning themselves & Don’t need any Extra care.

The only reason you should clean them is to soften or remove earwax from the outside of your ear canals. And if you’re going to do that, you’ll need to know how to do it carefully.

2/cont...
#IMPORTANCE OF EARWAX

- The Ear produces a substance called CERUMEN (Earwax). It’s NORMAL for your body to produce it, and it actually helps PROTECT and LUBRICATE your ears.

- If you didn’t have earwax, your ears would probably be ITCHY and DRY.

Are you a CRAB 🦀 in a bucket?

Lemme explore 'Crab Mentality:

A well detailed Thread 👇
Crab mentality is a metaphor used to describe a human way of thinking based on a pattern of behaviour noticed in crabs.

👇👇👇
If you put a crab in a bucket alone, it will climb out, but if you put a bunch of crabs in a bucket, they will pull back any crab who tries to escape.
It appears as if the crabs are thinking that if they are going down, they're taking everyone with them.

This probably isn't malicious in crabs, but crab mentality in humans, certainly is.
