Couldn’t be that FBI asset Donald Trump’s run invited back players from Spygate1980, Spygate1992, Spygate2004, Spygate2008, & Spygate2012 so they could all participate in Spygate2016 while FBI investigated foreign interference in the election...
Oppo research is not supposed to be famous!
Perfect oppo research should destroy your opponent without leaving anyone’s fingerprints on the knife in their back.
But this time the research became famous because someone the FBI pretended to believe it & it opened up Pandora’s box! Image
If Rudy’s emails don’t get attorney-client privilege then Perkins Coie’s don’t either. Setting precedent that a politicians lawyer is not exempt from the law. Image

Here’s a recent thread discussing attorney-client privilege issues in the Rudy Giuliani case. If you aren’t aware, DOJ asked the court to appoint a special master to review his emails to determine what is admissible evidence.

Looks like more oligarchs & Swamp players were whispering into the FBI's microphones! Good thing Hunter left these emails where the FBI could find them without those pesky privilege claims!

One thing I find interesting is that Hunter used his role as Chairman of the Board of the World Food Program USA as the 'cover' for this meeting with oligarchs. This is the UN World Food Program which is entirely corrupt.

DOJ unsealed a 2019 indictment in a global corruption case from 2009, the primary suspect plead guilty in May of 2019 & has been cooperating in secret for 2 years.
Of course it's another case of bribes for oil, where Swamp creatures buy access for contracts.

The case seems simple on the surface, a start up energy company bribed some diplomats to help get contracts to drill for oil.
It's happened every day for more than half a century! But this one connects to some major players & Glencore swept up the money!

The Chadian Ambassador to the US & Canada, his Deputy & their wives accepted bribes in exchange for convincing the President of Chad to award them oil exploration & drilling rights.

Reading the Judge Berman Jackson FOIA ruling.
They are arguing that the memo to Barr recommending no prosecution of Trump is not privileged because it was not predecisional. That Mueller had already decided to not prosecute Trump so Barr didn't protect him

Berman agrees with CREW that the memo was not about a prosecutorial decision, because of the fact that the President "would not be prosecuted was a given."

So Barr didn't decide to not prosecute Trump, Mueller did!
Then a couple of pages of black ink followed by this. DOJ did not assert privilege on the 1st Section of the memo & didn't mention it either. Leaving the judge in a position where DOJ did not claim privilege on it to avoid revealing it!

I love watching the libs try to blame Trump, by way of Putin over President Lukashenka of Belarus forcing down a Ryan Air jet to arrest a dissident. Claiming Trump's 'lawlessness' encouraged them to do this.
Yet they all forget that the Obama Admin set this precedent in 2013!
In 2013, the US had Italy, France, Spain, & Portugal deny airspace to Bolivia's version of Air Force 1, to force it to land in Austria or run out of fuel.
There authorities searched the plane for Edward Snowden to arrest him. npr.org/sections/thetw…
Biden's WH spokesperson Jen Psaki was State's voice at the time & admitted the US had asked a broad range of countries to get their help in arresting Snowden. Admitting we did orchestrate the hijacking of a foreign state's presidential jet but without saying so directly.

So he appears to use journalism as a cover for doing oppo research against targets has a bunch of investigations of Trump on his website, mostly pointing to the same FBI stings we already know about.

Hunter's emails that he dropped for the FBI to get legal possession of them, have done it again. Exposing another Swamp creature, this time a former FBI Director trying to buy access to the big guy for global Swamp Creatures!

Looks like Freeh donated $100k to Beau's children in 2016 as he tried to got through Hunter to get the Big Guy to land on his payroll from the VP office.
Freeh was working for PM Razak of Malaysia who was trying to stop the FBI's investigation of 1MDB!

If you followed my thread on Rudy's case, you won't be surprised that Freeh marked all his emails to Hunter (who wasn't his attorney or client) as Attorney Client privileged information to prevent the FBI from reading them. Image
