Looks like more oligarchs & Swamp players were whispering into the FBI's microphones! Good thing Hunter left these emails where the FBI could find them without those pesky privilege claims!
nypost.com/2021/05/26/hun…
One thing I find interesting is that Hunter used his role as Chairman of the Board of the World Food Program USA as the 'cover' for this meeting with oligarchs. This is the UN World Food Program which is entirely corrupt.
I'm sure you will never guess that my favorite corrupt commodity trading firm was awarded the UN contracts to provide food to the World Food Program.
The UN program promised to buy food from poor farmers to feed to others. But always finds an excuse to buy from Glencore instead.
The UN WFP claimed it could avoid buying from corrupt commodities traders if only the nations donating money didn't have restrictions on how they launder, I mean spend, the money.
The UN spends more than $500M a year on purchases of food from Glencore & their competitors.
Of course, it's probably accidental that the UN tends to miss the warning signs of starvation & famine, creating a body count for the media to generate a crisis that requires swift action & profiteering from commodities traders.

Hey @justforfun1328, did you know that Yulio Tymoshenko was one of the Ukrainians meeting with Rudy in Kiev? While her FARA lobbyists, former Speaker of the House Bob Livingston was lobbying the State Dept about something redacted... Document 12

Looks like Tymoshenko was coming to DC in December 2018 to do some lobbying of Swamp creatures... Image
Ambassador Yovanovitch seems confused they Tyoshenko isn't bragging about who she is meeting. Image

Ukrainian Collusion is the Russian interference, in both 2016 & 2020.
NY Times now confirming that DOJ is investigating the Ukrainians who fed fake info on Biden to Rudy, but they still don’t understand it.
#ButNothingsHappening
nytimes.com/2021/05/27/nyr…
Ukrainian politicians working for the Russians interfered, in fact President Trump put sanctions on both Ukrainians & Russians for this campaign to influence US politics. NYT’s ignores that Rudy was working for State & DOJ to identify which Ukrainians were involved. ImageImage
Eventually the indictments will reveal that the effort involved framing Biden, so a Clinton ally could win the primary, while framing Trump for the framing of Biden.
Rudy was feeding all info to the US Attorney in Pittsburgh, DOJ was able to prove the docs & tapes were fake. ImageImage

Looks like Deutsche Bank is considering dropping EY, Ernst & Young, as it's auditing firm after the firm missed billions in missing money in it's audits of #Wirecard, which tried to buy DB to hide it's missing cash.
#ButNothingsHappening
ft.com/content/39e8ae…
Of course, it may be to pressure EY to overlook DB accounting issues if it wants to keep the business too.
This is an industry where catching your clients cooking the books does not earn you repeat business.
DB hired EY only 2 years ago after having KPMG audit them for 0 years. Image
Other big companies in Germany are also cutting ties to EY with many considering law suits against EY because they lost money in the Wirecard fraud case. Fraud EY never seemed to find, even after FT reported on the missing cash & corruption. Image

DOJ unsealed a 2019 indictment in a global corruption case from 2009, the primary suspect plead guilty in May of 2019 & has been cooperating in secret for 2 years.
Of course it's another case of bribes for oil, where Swamp creatures buy access for contracts.
#ButNothingsHappening
The case seems simple on the surface, a start up energy company bribed some diplomats to help get contracts to drill for oil.
It's happened every day for more than half a century! But this one connects to some major players & Glencore swept up the money!
justice.gov/opa/pr/charges…
The Chadian Ambassador to the US & Canada, his Deputy & their wives accepted bribes in exchange for convincing the President of Chad to award them oil exploration & drilling rights.
Naeem Tyaab, a low level Canadian shady investment trader up to this point, has pled guilty!

Just lucky, I guess...

Couldn’t be that FBI asset Donald Trump’s run invited back players from Spygate1980, Spygate1992, Spygate2004, Spygate2008, & Spygate2012 so they could all participate in Spygate2016 while FBI investigated foreign interference in the election...
Oppo research is not supposed to be famous!
Perfect oppo research should destroy your opponent without leaving anyone’s fingerprints on the knife in their back.
But this time the research became famous because someone the FBI pretended to believe it & it opened up Pandora’s box! Image
If Rudy’s emails don’t get attorney-client privilege then Perkins Coie’s don’t either. Setting precedent that a politicians lawyer is not exempt from the law. Image

Reading the Judge Berman Jackson FOIA ruling.
They are arguing that the memo to Barr recommending no prosecution of Trump is not privileged because it was not predecisional. That Mueller had already decided to not prosecute Trump so Barr didn't protect him
storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.usco…
Berman agrees with CREW that the memo was not about a prosecutorial decision, because of the fact that the President "would not be prosecuted was a given."

So Barr didn't decide to not prosecute Trump, Mueller did!
Then a couple of pages of black ink followed by this. DOJ did not assert privilege on the 1st Section of the memo & didn't mention it either. Leaving the judge in a position where DOJ did not claim privilege on it to avoid revealing it!
