2/ It's also unclear what/how much GoI asked for in terms of these excess US doses.

(keep in mind this is different from getting vaccines directly from Pfizer, Moderna, J&J, for which negotiations are ongoing & not through USG)

Finally, this is info re only 25 mn of 80 mn doses
