If you are a true novice to the gym, try this very simple routine for 4 weeks

Everything is done for 1 set x 20 reps

You can do this 3-5 times a week

Bodyweight Squats
DB Chest Press
DB Shoulder Press
DB Hammer Curls
DB Stiff leg deadlift
DB Bent Over Row
DB Lateral Raise
Do this once through, then WALK for 30 minutes

Let me be clear, this is meant to simply introduce you to some common movements and help you figure out what lifting weights feels like and develop some body awareness
If your comfortable with this, you could add in the following machines as well

Leg Curl
Leg Press
Pulldown
Seated Row

Same thing, 1 set of 20, then move onto the next exercise

When I was 19 I ruptured my left hamstring tendon where it attaches to the BONE

I did this in class dancing, landing in the splits when I wasnt properly warmed up and was very dehydrated...
It was an almost complete tear of tendon from bone, which is hard to do

I tore off a small piece of bone with it, and I can see, feel a twinge whenever I am in very cold weather...
But a decade later, I rehabbed myself 100%, and I am VASTLY more physically fit now than I was then, by many orders of magnitude...

A NEW PROGRAM HAS ARRIVED

Achilles: Elysium

Approximately 4 years ago in 2017, I released the first incarnation of my Achilles Program.

To date, I've had over 1,000 men complete the program, and I receive testimonials monthly as to the program's success...(below for exampl)
The Achilles Program’s effectiveness came from its proven principles:

it was high frequency, high volume, and the diet plan was classically “bro” as I call it, with set parameters for calories, protein intake, and food choice
Since the program has been released, I have made adjustments to it, added a second month, and it continues to sell very well. Consequently, I receive inquiries monthly

-Is there a follow up to Achilles?

-What would I suggest next?

Some "Career" perspective for the Young people

1. You can Become Hypothetically wealthy in ANY line of work

Assessing jobs solely by salary is limiting. If you want to become wealthy, you start a business/company and create a SYSTEM.
Consequently, ANY field can be "good" line of work if you are seriously interested in it and can systemise it at an eventual point in the future
2. Practically every single job the past 20 years has been changed by the adoption of the internet, by email, by social media, by algorithms

Expecting any job to a be prescriptive set path that you simply show up for and then "success" happens is delusional

Watch the Caffeine Intake (Thread)

One bro to another, I know the market for preworkouts and energy drinks is primarily young guys in their teens & 20s

I abused these products for years, and all it eventually did was wreck my ability to fall asleep and leave me permanently...
strung out and fatigued when I woke up, and immediately needing more caffeine

You dont realize its a vicious cycle until you're stuck in it

Needing coffee at 6pm in the afternoon is not healthy

Taking preworkout at night to go train is NOT healthy
I got hooked on preworkouts and caffeine when I was in college, by the time I was 25, I consuming upwards of a Gram of Caffeine a day

Thats 1,000mg+ of caffeine

Id wake up and have coffee, have a mid morning energy drink, have a preworkout mix, and drink another coffee midday
