Lack of prosecution = exoneration.

Lack of recommending Congress to prosecute = exoneration.

It’s not a 50-50 when a prosecutor does not prosecute and court fails to convict.

It’s 0.

There is nothing.

On paper this is the US where people are innocent except if convicted.

Twitter Moments states as a fact that the Mueller Report did not exonerate Trump despite the above facts because we are being propagandized from tech to media.

And @brithume still thinks Trump narrowly lost 3 states because of his tweets.

22 running amok couldn’t establish basic collusion.

After running amok for 22 months; squeezing and persecuttimg relatives of Trump people for things unrelated to collusion, Mueller concluded that “the evidence does not establish that the president was involved in an underlying crime related to Russian election interference."

Collusion Theorists on CNN and MSNBC claim that Mueller just didn’t prosecute Trump on “obstruction” because a POTUS is protected. Ok, but on the issue that Mueller was hired to look at - collusion - he didn’t find evidence as stated above in direct quotes from his report.

Mueller could have told Congress go prosecute Trump, but he merely recommended that Congress look at 10 items and decided. He didn’t conclude that violations happened sure not on collusion.

“Yossi collusion is not a crime.”

Ok so why was a prosecutor placed on it for 22 months?

Bottom line: On the core issue - collusion - Mueller’s report wrote that it did not establish any coordination between Russia and Team Trump or that Trump committed a crime on collusion. As for follow up process crimes, Mueller didn’t conclude a crime there either.

Twitter Moments and high-engagement tweets by MSNBC guests and hosts claiming that Mueller’s report didn’t exonerate Trump is a gaslighting lie.

True, the report says Mueller doesn’t exonerate but the findings on collusion and lack of prosecution on the rest IS an exoneration.

It’s expected that the Trump Org and at least one person will be indicted this week by Dem prosecutors. Just watch how it will be cheered by MSNBC’ers who gasped at the idea that the Trump DOJ should continue the Clinton investigations and who are “outraged” about Navalny.
