In January of 2020, Rian Johnson talked about what he’d like to explore in a possible #KnivesOut sequel: “I’m always kind of saying, ‘If this movie does all right, I would be thrilled to do another one.’ But a lot has to happen. I have to write a script.” bit.ly/3jjGmiQ

At the 2020 #Oscars, Johnson revealed his plans for the sequel to Variety: “It’s going to be Daniel [Craig] playing Benoit Blanc, the detective. Other than that, all bets are off. It’s a totally new cast.” bit.ly/3AigsCe

In March of this year, Netflix plunked down an astounding $450 million for the rights to “Knives Out 2” and “Knives Out 3,” one of the biggest deals ever made for the rights to a movie series. bit.ly/3maCIXK

Following the Netflix deal, an all-star cast of the biggest names in Hollywood signed up for #KnivesOut2. First up: Dave Bautista. The film reunites Bautista and Daniel Craig, who previously appeared together in the 2015 #JamesBond film “Spectre.” bit.ly/3tCyOJk
