1/ Tomorrow (Thursday) at 10am watch the first court hearing on SB202. Our Motion for Preliminary Injunction on some (not all) of the challenged provisions is being heard. Will be a zoom hearing. 1/
2/ You will hear why this informative type of Nov. reporting from CNN is now criminalized. (Violates SB202's "Photography Ban," the "Gag Rule," & the "Estimating Ban," now in place.)

3/ What @GaSecofState and SB202 "Yea" votes are clearly trying to do is to have the state control elections from behind closed doors, leaving citizens and press outside with their noses pressed against the window pane to see what the gov't is doing with their votes.
4/The @Ga_FAF filed this powerful amicus brief today on the 1st Amendment issues involved.
Few people understand what SB202 does to crush information flow about our elections.

1/ Fulton ballot images--Nov. 2020, original machine count--with caveats.

Fulton only produced the file categories listed below.
Does not seem to include in-person voting.
These images do not include Nov. machine recount.
2/ We are asking that Fulton complete the production of their ballot images, and will post those when they do.
We have not reviewed the files, and cannot answer questions about them.
3/ We have a much larger number of Fulton files from the machine recount, which we will try again to upload.

Apologies for the long delay in uploading. The files gave us fits for a while, but appear to have finally reached their destination.

Protecting voting rights goes beyond making sure every eligible elector can vote. That's imperative! But we @CoalitionGoodGv focus on the next crucial step--making sure each vote counts accurately!

3/ We continue our long-standing litigation against SOS to get the touchscreens banned in GA.

We've proven to the Court that the system is deeply flawed, as was the DRE system banned in 2019.

2/ Spoiler alert--As scientists have warned since 2018, the touchscreen BMD machines are not an improvement over the previous paperless touchscreen machines. Touchscreen voting cannot be protected from hacking and manipulation.

Register for forum and understand why.
3/ HB316 (2019) mandated touchscreen BMDs. It was party line vote. Dems voted NO, and R's voted YES for touchscreen BMDs.

Now @GaRepublicans have voted at convention to demand that legislature ditch BMDs and go to Hand Marked Ballots, reversing themselves on HB316--at last!

How will press react to this unconstitutional restriction during the upcoming private "audit."
We are suing to stop this infringement on First Amendment rights. 1/

2/ Read about the most egregious voter intimidation tacit. Voters can now be charged with *felonies* for walking into a polling place and seeing a scene like this one taken by an AJC photographer.
3/ And learn about the assault on bi-partisan public election boards where the State Election Bd. can remove a county board for trivial reasons and appoint their partisan appointee giving him unilateral power.

3/ In GA's post-election testing, all information went into a black hole controlled by the insiders, but press, public, monitors were not permitted to see any data, until the end when SOS and Sterling announced, "it's all good." 😡
That's no public audit!
But press accepted it.
