The latest round of the Schools Infection Survey (SIS) has been published.

Jointly led by us, @LSHTM and @ONS it measures current infection and antibodies from #COVID infection in staff and students.

Results of SIS round 5 show:

In May 2021 #COVID-19 infection was lower among primary and secondary school pupils compared to the Autumn term 2020.

Antibodies acquired from natural infection among staff in mid-May was at its lowest for the academic year.

We and our logistics provider are working around the clock, including on Sundays, to deliver the #vaccine to the #NHS. We have delivered 100% of orders from the NHS on time and in full.

Next-day deliveries, 6 days a week were agreed with the #NHS, but we can send orders on Sundays if required. We are also working on Sundays to package vaccines ready for delivery on Mondays.
