Quarry on the banks of the Brisbane River at what was then known as Darra 1915. The area is now Jindalee. The quarry was SW of Coolaroo Crescent.

The gauge is most likely 18 inches. There were other locations around Ipswich/Rosewood that had similar setups. The machinery is most likely a crusher.
1936 The remains of the quarry can be seen on the river bank towards the end of the straight bank at the bottom. It is thought the quarry ceased operations by c. 1930.
