Lol! I believe in Quasi Cyclic Time & also know what exactly it means. karma-samskāra is a factor. Western view doesn't understands it.
Actions (karma) in one cycle brings dispositions (samskāra) in the next cycle. Objective is "deliverance" (moksa).
