Irish businesses have played a significant role in the British economy, creating jobs for local areas, helping build schools, roads & providing important services to the community.

Building on its success in 🇮🇪, Aviation maintenance repair & overhaul company, @DublinAerospace expanded its operations last September by opening a new UK site @Exeter_Airport, creating 100 jobs for the area with plans for further job creation as the aviation sector recovers.

The company’s new Exeter Aerospace centre will complement their hugely successful Aircraft Overhaul facility in Dublin by specialising in regional aircraft from @Embraer, @Bombardier & @ATRaircraft. ✈️

Kilkenny-based animation studio @CartoonSaloon has gained popular & critical acclaim in 🇬🇧 & around the🌍through its breathtaking hand-drawn animation & powerful storytelling. The studio has created TV series, feature-length & short films such as #Wolfwalkers & #TheBreadwinner

Its debut feature film ‘The Secret of Kells’ won the Audience Award at the @edfilmfest & the European Animated Feature Award at the @BAAwards. The studio have since gone on to be nominated for a @BAFTA, two @goldenglobes & five @AcademyAwards. 👉

The Dublin-based company also has an office & factory in Pontypool, Wales, where it builds their custom-developed drones using European parts & technology including components from Spiddal-based design, manufacturing & testing company @EireComposites.
