Ed Buck’s next door neighbor just finished testifying about the foot traffic and Buck soundproofing his apartment after Gemmel Moore’s death. Up next is Buck’s apartment manager.

Christopher Darden is intentionally using words like AIDS, prostitute, and homosexual to influence the jury to look at Ed Buck’s victims negatively.

They just asked the responding deputy to Ed Buck’s when Gemmel Moore died if his mother told her he had been diagnosed with AIDS two months prior.
It got contentious.

The deputy wasn’t allowed to answer but the issue of whether she will have to is going to be taken up at the end of the day outside of the presence of the jury.
