✅PRRD state that he made it a policy to strengthen the AFP and PNP; asked Congress to pass a law for a unified pension system for AFP & PNP.

✅PRRD said it is high time for a law providing free legal aid to AFP and PNP personnel who will be facing charges while in performance of official duty.
✅"I am proud of our troops who risked their lives in securing the country and the accomplishment of our troops."

✅PRRD mentioned the role of the NTF-ELCAC in fighting the communist insurgency.
✅"Like the decades-old Moro Rebellion, we will finally bring an end to the Communist insurgency. I would like to thank the police and the military for destroying many Communist fronts."

✅PRRD said that everybody in the country is paying revolutionary taxes to the communists but while the foot soldiers were dying and having impoverished lives, communist leaders live lavish lives such as Joma Sison and "some other leader who sends his kid to Europe to study."

✅PRRD asks Sen Bato de la Rosa to investigate the importation of AK-47s into the Philippines.
✅PRRD on drug war: I did not know I would be fighting my own government.
✅PRRD said that billions of pesos of worth of narcotics are being seized daily.

✅"When I first said I will fight drugs in 6 months, I thought it would be like Davao, where you can coerce, intimidate, bribe or give them money, dun kayo magkalat sa Luzon, wag dito sa Davao, naniwala ang mga ulol, and we were able to attain a normalcy in the city."

✅PRRD said that because there are no more drug labs in the country, drugs are now being imported.
✅"I am a Filipino and I love my country. I do not want my country to be in a disarray because of drugs. I do not want families to be destroyed because of drugs."

✅PRRD expressed his distate on reports that some rich and middle class drug suspects were released on bail.

✅PRRD reports the improvements undertaken in MRT-3. He also cited several flagship projects like Skyway Stage 3, LRT-2 East Extension, among others.

✅PRRD: We pursued an independent foreign policy centered on our national interest.
✅PRRD: Gone are the days where we act based on the shadow of the great powers. We will assert what is rightfully ours. This is why we returned shipments of trash, because we are not a dumpsite.

✅PRRD cites the return of the Balangiga Bells to correct a historical wrong.
✅PRRD stated that he has no intention of visiting the US.
✅PRRD: We called for the abolition of the kafala system. There is no room for modern day slavery.

✅PRRD: We maintain that the arbitration ruling on the South China Sea is now part of international law and will not be compromised.
✅PRRD: Defense capabilities will be strengthened but peaceful means of resolving differences will be pursued.

✅PRRD asked those who want PH to take an hostile stance against China: "What do you want us to do? Go to war against China? Do you want us to be massacred? Someone said that I was helped by China to become President. They're idiots. I will never do that."

✅PRRD: We have worked with Congress to pass the Coco Levy Law. We also returned the Coco Levy funds to its rightful owners: the coconut farmers.
✅PRRD also cites the Free Irrigation and Rice Tarrification Law.

✅PRRD: "I am using my political capital to fight vested interests to protect consumers from exploitation through water concessionaires and power."
✅PRRD shared how he fought Maynilad and Manila Water over entering a concessionaire agreement that is advantageous to the people.

✅PRRD says that he will give the frequency where ABS-CBN used to air to a Filipino who is willing to pay the government accordingly.
✅PRRD states the aid provided to MSMEs through various financing programs and policies that will ease their tax burden.

✅PRRD mentioned the comprehension tax reform program of the government, but this should be constantly monitored.
✅PRRD states the enacting of the Universal Healthcare Law, and is pleased to report the establishment of 130 Malasakit Centers.

✅PRRD: Never would I have thought that my Presidency would be judged not only on how I made good on my campaign promises, but also on how I led the nation during a global pandemic.

✅PRRD: Before the pandemic, the PH enjoyed the best debt-to-GDP ratio, credit ratings, unemployment and underemployment rates.
✅PRRD thanks Congress for the passage of Bayanihan 1 and 2.
✅PRRD: We now have hundreds of laboratories that are capable of conducting COVID tests.

✅PRRD also thanked Congress for passing 13 laws expanding the capacity of various hospitals nationwide.
✅We also established mega quarantine facilities and modular hospitals nationwide. We will ensure that every Filipino is protected and provided with high quality health care.

✅PRRD stated that the Philippines has so far received 30 million doses of COVID vaccines and is expecting an additional 36 million doses. Vaccination capacity is to be increased. He also credited San Juan for being able to meet its vaccination target.

✅PRRD urges those eligible to be vaccinated vs. COVID, and those who had their first dose to return for the second shot.
✅PRRD once again states his displeasure about reports of people lining up under the rain just to be vaccinated vs COVID.

✅PRRD: This may be my last SONA, but this is by no means my swan song. I am going to implore on Congress to pass key pieces of legislation.
✅PRRD hopes that COVID variants will no longer spread and vows to restore lost livelihood through a new employment generation strategy.

✅PRRD calls for a unified department for disaster response.
✅PRRD hopes that the next admin would not squander resources.
✅PRRD: Govt remains committed to providing quality education during the pandemic.
✅PRRD calls for a law establishing a department for migrant workers.

✅PRRD also reiterated the need to pass priority bills such as amendments to Retail Trade Liberalization Act, the Foreign Investments Act, and the Public Service Act.
✅PRRD: I call on DENR and LGUs to continue bringing Manila Bay to its former glory.

✅PRRD urges Congress to enact a law that will create the Virology Institute of the Philippines and a Center for Disease Control.
✅PRRD: I am confident that if you give Filipinos support, they can make their own vaccine.
✅PRRD again calls for a law modernizing the BFP

✅PRRD encourages the establishment of education centers in all provinces, cities and municipalities.
✅PRRD: A prosperous Philippines is no longer a dream, but one that is within our grasp.
✅PRRD on crime: The roads are for the law-abiding citizens of this country.

✅PRRD: Ang problema nila [critics], hindi nila nakikita ang mga napatay at mga biktima ng mga kriminal... pati na mga pulis na namamatay.
✅PRRD: Filipinos lack assertiveness. Kaya ang sabi ko, when you face delay in govt transactions, murahin ninyo.

✅"We must fight vested interests so that our gains will benefit more Filipinos, especially those who have less in life."
✅"I am confident in the perseverance of the Filipino. Together, let us rise as one nation. Thank you."
