Milton surrendered at 8 am. Case is assigned to District Judge Edgardo Ramos (who's also in #OneCoin cases.) Milton pleads not guilty. Freed on $100 million bond. Less than Tom Barrack's $250 million
Milton can travel Utah, Wyoming, Idaho, Arizona, Virginia and DC (for lobbying?) No contact with investors unless Milton has a relationship with them. Morgan, Utah property appraised over $30 million (contra Pre Trial Services report)
Milton's lawyer says his income is down, no $50 million in bank.
Judge Netburn approved free today on $100 million bond. Surrender guns.

Goodwyn's lawyer: My client has a problem when he's asked to put on a mask. And he's autistic. He's been treated for it. His aggression only comes out in discussions about masks. "He's also not into vaccines, really."

Judge Cronan: I previously worked for DOJ, at SDNY until August 2017, then the Criminal Division in DC until confirmed by the Senate in August 2020. I think I did not overlap with AUSA Cecilia Vogel.
AUSA Vogel: We never met.
