Justice Khanwilkar: serve a copy on the standing counsel of Maharashtra

SC: In these writ petitions besides challenging the constitutional validity of the PMLA Act, prayer has been made for quashing the proceedings as under the PMLA provisions.

SC: Not a single order has been brought to our notice and only other cases have been brought before us to have no coercive steps against the petitioners. SG says it is time to revisit those orders. He has relied on 3 judge bench orders.

SC: This plea be listed on August 3 along with connected cases so that the relief of no coercive action be considered.

Adv Vikram Chaudhuri: The order being show is in GST batch. HC wanted to decide the PMLA cases but union filed a transfer plea here

Justice Khawilkar: we will deal with this on August 3.

Justice Khanwilkar: no one is pointing fingers at you. We will consider all cases together on August 3

SG: My submission is this case needs to be heard by this court as several HCs have taken different stand
