-74,243 mail-in ballots found with NO clear record of them ever being sent.
-3,981 voted who registered AFTER Oct 15 deadline
-11,326 voted who were NOT on rolls on Nov 7 but WERE Dec 4
-18,000 voted & then were removed from rolls AFTER election

-Maricopa did not put serial numbers on original and duplicated ballots making it difficult to ensure they were accurately duplicated or how many times they were duplicated.
-The number of votes certified does NOT match the number of ballots sent to the audit.

-Digital forensic expert Ben Cotton revealed the Maricopa County election system was BREACHED during the course of the 2020 election. Anti-virus systems not up to date since August of 2019 which allowed easy access to server & systems.

-On March 11, over 37,000 queries for a blank password on a Maricopa system that only contained 8 accounts. This was script used by the EMS Admin account. Maricopa County won’t hand over the routers which were ordered in the subpoena.
-All access logs were wiped in March of 2021

-The Hearing outlined WHAT they need from the Election Board, WHY they need it to complete the audit, and the excuses they've been given as to why so much still hasn't been turned over.

-Ballot calibration was off by an average of 1000% leading to bleed-through, which can cause over-votes or inaccurate vote attribution.
-County has stated that they use thick VoteSecure paper, which should limit bleed-through in the event of mis-calibration.

-Cyber Ninjas found large number of ballots on very thin paper stock. The ballots printed on-demand at the voting centers on Election Day has the worst calibrations issues. More than 168K ballots were affected.
