When you're 55 it's 55.
If you have the right mindset, you're living in the prime of your life.
If you don't, your prime will always be behind or ahead of you.

Learn to meditate:
DON'T MAKE THIS MORE COMPLICATED THAN IT NEEDS TO BE.
10 minutes a day is enough. I use a guided meditation app. You don't have to.
Study meditation
and then
Meditate
Begin a habit of journaling:
Here's an easy way to start.
Every night before bed (or every morning before you wake up)
• Write 3 things you did that day.
Do that for a week.
And then add
• Write 3 things you're grateful for
BOOM!
You now have a habit of journaling.
Change your self-talk:
I'm 55. One thing I've learned is that our greatest challenge to happiness and success is often linked to the way we talk to ourselves.
Be self aware.
Listen to yourself.
We often treat ourselves worse than we treat total strangers.
This is how you should talk to yourself
• I'm grateful
• I'm beautiful

• Others don't define me
• I don't know everything
• I don't judge or criticize myself
• I don't compare myself to others
• "I love you"
