This guy is running to replace Gavin Newsom. He’s a landlord. One of his business ventures failed which he blames on cost margins.
He has a you tube channel and uses buzzwords like Crypto and Bitcoin. He was born in Germany.

He sounds alot like someone else we have known. He believes only privileged people should be able to rent from him. His own advice to others is that they should mislead tenants by “concealing” facts that they own property or are sole owners.

There are two or three good reasons to vote NO for him when asked to.

He was sued by DAVE RAMSEY 🤡🤣, for breach of a contract, stealing trade secrets and disparaging the company.
Who does that sound like to y’all? Once it moved to Federal court, they settled. He removed any evidence of videos related to it after.

He once dressed as a Christmas Elf, went to a competitors business and ran through the office. Charged with trespassing and disorderly conduct (charges dismissed) he blamed it on You Tube and his large audience and getting carried away

He blames everyone but himself for almost all he does.
* - He believes the National Guard should be used to remove homeless people from areas where they are found.
* - His Instagram account was temporarily suspended and he went on FOX News to whine about it
