They are deluded. And in some cases, they are evil to want to subject our children and their OWN children to what we see happening with this Delta variant everywhere else. Alberta is not exceptional and we will not avoid this. The reasons UCP has given us for abandoning 2/6
all basic public health protocols are lies and we all know it. They are covering up their own huge gamble and loss in having the Stampede open the way it did. All they have left is to hide the evidence of their incompetence and prevail upon their useful, brainwashed idiots to 3/6
confront people who are trying to do the right thing and reveal the truth. There is no ‘win’ in this for those people. If they are unvaccinated, they will be more at risk than any of us in this 4th wave. Kenney, Shandro, Hinshaw, and others sit up in the sky palace or hold 4/6
their little conclaves in places where the 4th wave is much less likely to touch *them*. None of what they are doing is for the greater good or valid public health reasons. We all see it. They know we see it. 5/6
So they lie, and sick their brainwashed minions on Albertans who care about other people. At this point they’re like animals flailing around in traps or hornets whose last act is to sting. They are not going to win. 6/6
