Staff sick-who will replace? Elective surgery canceled. Beds filling up. Somebody called the Governor. I think Hospital did initial call.

He cooked up a plan to Triage-divert less sick patients away from Hospitals to free up beds. He didn’t know he was out of his jurisdiction, Practicing Medicine.

I would interview the Medical Director, Transferring Doctors and Nurses involved. They Knew Patients had or might have Covid. They ordered transfers.

Where, funding, when, current status. I would interview each family/guardian, patients who survived. Did they get Information? Choice? @MedicareGov

I never knew a Governor could Grant such a blanket of Protection, Violating the Victims’ Right to Due Process when Harmed in the Healthcare System!
CMS offered an excellent suggestion to quarantine discharged people.

Personal Protective Equipment, Modifications, reduced revenue from routine procedures, staff overtime, backfill sick nurses. Still lost money. It’s the Lives, Focus on Lives. At least Half on Medicaid. Some Orphans.
