Before we delve back into Don Tommaso's work, we have to grieve yet another attack on our right of free speech yesterday. Joe Flynn's Twitter account was suspended.

2) Joe and I spoke yesterday, and we were able to laugh about it. Twitter is actually, for all its might, a very heavy burden. I asked him, "What are you going to do with all your time, now?" He cracked up. But we almost wept for America and for the loss of 1A.

3) Twitter is a smaller place today with Joe's account gone. America is a smaller place today with yet another voice suppressed. Whenever this topic comes up, I always point to the direct and simple answer. Social media is today's commons, and we know how to manage a commons.

4) The answer takes the form of Public Utilities. Twitter is no mere business with the right to set policy such that customers may take it or leave it by free market competition. Rather, they manage a public commons and should behave exactly as a public utility.

5) The perfect analogy would be Verizon suspending services over the conversation that Joe and I had. They're not allowed to do that. Neither should Twitter be able to do so, but that is exactly what happened. Twitter suspended his account over what he said on it.

6) Next, I have a quick report/update on yesterday's progress in beginning the #1AMinuteMen mission. After that we'll quickly return to Don Tom's Key Findings as we push forward reducing them.

7) As I moved into execution, I discovered the power of Blind Carbon Copy lists, which is what Bcc stands for. My first trial run yesterday successfully went out to just 7 members of the list. I got feedback indicating that each member's email address was completely protected.

8) I also learned that each member of the list MUST want to be on the list. This places a Know-Your-Members burden on me that I happily embrace. So, my next step in building our #1AMinuteMen team is this. I'll leave the invitation to join by DM open for now.

9) There will be far better answers soon, but I'm happy to grow very slowly right now at the beginning. On that note, I have decided to make an additional request. To join my list, do DM me your email, but more, your cell phone number and authorize me to call you.

10) We live in a post-1A America. That places us squarely behind enemy lines. We have to face and accept that truth. If there's a single law of life behind enemy lines it is that we live by trust and we die by trust. No network is actually secure. So we must be diligent.

11) In this case, dilligence means growth at a snail's pace, at first. Other answers will evolve, you may be assured. But for now, I am the purposeful bottleneck, slowing growth down by way of personal contact with each trusted member of the list.

The first step in this mission is the question: what is LES? When you ask this question, you'll not be surprised that almost no one knows the answer.

14) If you've followed the #ReleaseLES posts I've made so far, you certainly know that it refers to Law Enforcement Sensitive, which is an illegal information classification employed by the FBI. It's not illegal in itself. It is WITHHOLDING it that is unconstitutional.

15) Perhaps we might experiment a little with the negative hashtag: #StopWithholdingLES. I'm not enamored of it, but perhaps it helps get the point across. The fact that people do NOT know what LES is, is the very basis of our mission. We MUST change that.

16) Yet again, how is this unconstitutional? The FBI is charged with protecting 1A. It should prosecute those who breach it. Yet, the FBI seeks to suppress and NOT support free speech. Their mechanism to break 1A is to deem you as a threat of domestic terrorism.

17) There is NO legal basis for LES. There IS a legal basis for the FBI's use of Top Secret or Secret classification. LES has NO such legal basis and is a facade designed to look like legal intelligence when it is precisely the opposite.

18) The complexity and brain-breaking difficulty of all this is the exact asset The Swamp is employing. They seek to hide behind our fog of confusion while they obliterate the Constitution. This is the beginning of a totalitarian state. This is Stalinization.

19) Don Tom's Critical Report gives us the answer. He offers proof after irrefutable proof of precisely how the FBI has become America's domestic enemy of the Constitution Number One. And he offers the true path forward for America. #ReleaseLES.

Coffee-Is-Good Interlude: We really do have to pick up where we left off in reducing Don Tom's Key Findings. But, I need to go brew up a second pot of coffee first, and then I'll be back soon, and we'll dive back in!

Back-With-Coffee: Here's where we are so far in our Key Findings Analysis. We've found a premise, or a foundational statement. And, we're up to 5 points fully reduced. I'll post that, and then we turn to point #6.

24) On a point of style, I decided to you '...' - as opposed to "..." - to indicate I edited Don Tom's finding down to fit into a single tweet. Now we commence standard analysis protocol, pulling out the elements and then putting them back together.

25) Finding 6 Elements:

a) FBI claims threats from lone actor white supremacists and militia extremists is worse than
b) other cyber threats
c) threats from nation states
d) criminal organizations
e) violence toward law enforcement
f) unrelenting counterintelligence from China

26) Damn. That was some real work, let me tell you. Then, the moment I see the elements list in a single tweet, I sit back in my chair shaking my head in even-now disbelief. I know it's true. This is the FBI's list. Don Tom tells us so, and that's enough for me.

27) How do I make my mind, my brain take this in and NOT deny the Keystone Cops IDIOCY, the very LUNACY of this inverted list of prioritized threats? Ah, I recall. Our masters in Beijing are smiling. They're winning this war without so much as stepping foot on the field of fight.
