It’s sad to see the vigor with which Wall Street CEOs fight to enable opaque Chinese companies continue to have access to unwitting US investors (including retirees).

The SEC should immediately require Chinese companies to abide by THE SAME RULES AS US LISTED COMPANIES. Why is this so hard for them? (Imagine how much accounting fraud is under the covers) #ChinaSyndrome
