In the same period, the percentage of fully vaccinated Indian was close to 3% (an extremely small fraction). Is easy to understand that ONLY 13% of the vaccinated pop CANNOT generate or contribute to a variant, also because the Delta was born WAY before ( probably Dec 2020) 3/n
