Special Public Prosecutor Amit Prasad appears for prosecution.

Prasad refers to the charges against Imam in the case.

Prasad refers to Imam's speech at Jamia."He is not a small time pickpocket or drug peddler, whose conduct, or what he utters will not have a significance. Knows 5 languages, has excellent oratory skills. People will believe what he says. His speech has to be seen in that context"

Prasad wants Court to see the address, says it is directed to only one community. People called upon to take action also limited to one community. Tone and tenor is kept on a fine balance.

Prasad after reading speech: Entire content focuses on 2-3points. Speech was divisive. It wasn't a speech made for general public but a specific community. And he is attempting to create complete anarchy. I will read another speech from Jan 16, 2020 at Aligarh Muslim University.

SPP refers to portion where Imam's reportedly said, "Dilli band karna hoga" and spoke about the JNU incident following students' protests against fee hike.

"500 musalman, 500 hindu khada karde apne cause ke liye. Apni sharto pe. Humein kisi aur ki madad nahi chahiye... Communal tag na lage. Faraq padta hai brutality se. Farak padta hai jab police humein betahasha maare..." SPP Prasad read from Imam's purported speech.

SPP now reads to Imam's speech about Kanhaiya's rally in Bihar and "cutting northeast from the rest of India" in protest of CAA, NRC.

SPP: "This is crucial". Reads, "Awam gusse me hain toh uska productive use karna hai wo zimmedari hai.... Hum isko productively use kar paayein rather than photo session me."

SPP: "Imp point to be noted", continues, "Ye CAA ki baat nahi hai. Ye ek mauka hai humare paas. Internet aane se .. Pehle ye nahi ho sakta tha. Pehle permission leke chhapna hota tha. Ab permission le ke hatana hota hai.. Aap samajh rahe hain..."

SPP requests if he can continue tomorrow. "There are 2 more speeches".
