Unclear what caused this initially, and we're about 30 minutes in, but I'll go back and transcribe what led to this point later. Right now, something happened, a massive crowd formed in east, and many, many copsbeing called in. Addresses redacted for now.

[8:58:29]{east} "3 charlie. For officers on scene, we have a two part exit strategy. Soon as fire leaves, patrol is stage one, when I give the order, they're going to vacate the area. CRG will stay in place to monitor the retreet, and one of the L from CRG give order to exit"

Appologies, I'm expecting this to be confusing now, but I'm trying to document whatever is happening on the scanner around this event. I'll transcribe what happened before this later tonight or tomorrow, but made the call to switch to real time for now due to the cop response.

Made call, out of concern for the previously mentioned crowd, to skip public transcription for now. I promise I will go back and transcribe everything from tonight at some point tomorrow, for reference.
