3. 50% of income to multiplication
If you can’t live off 50% burn then (a) make more money or (b) lower lifestyle costs… to create freedom you need a solid HALF of income for multiplication.

5. Aim for a 10 yr cycle
In 10 years you want net worth (assets minus liabilities) to equal 10x your annual income.

6. Don’t eat your cashflow
Let it compound.
🏆 $100k/yr in assets
🏆 In 5 years repeated = $650k
Multiply everything. Once you “catch” this you won’t want to spend it. Cap burn at 50% of income then compound cashflow from assets… income converts to MORE assets.
