BREAKING: Judicial Watch announced that DC asked a court for an additional delay to respond to Judicial Watch’s FOIA lawsuit for records related to the U.S. Capitol Police shooting death of Ashli Babbitt on January 6. 2001 (1/3).
In its opposition to the second requested 30 day delay, Judicial Watch argues that DC “has brazenly violated the law on an issue of significant public interest,” and “seeks delay for nothing more than delay’s sake,” (2/3).
“Now that the officer who shot Babbitt has finally been identified – & has gone public – there is no reason for the DC Police to hide records on the homicide of Babbitt. America deserves to have the full details of what really happened on Jan. 6," (3/3).

BREAKING: @TomFitton issued the following statement in response to President Trump’s nomination of Judge Amy Coney Barrett to the U.S. Supreme Court: "What a brave, wonderful Supreme Court pick by President Trump!" 1/8
"Judge Barrett has a demonstrated record of applying the rule of law rather than legislating from the bench. Her record shows that she will not only respect but apply the U.S. Constitution as written and intended by our Founding Fathers." 2/8
"And it would be a wonderful milestone that Judge Barrett would be the first conservative woman member on the Supreme Court. She seems to be a full spectrum conservative who is likely to be a force on the Supreme Court for years to come." 3/8
