AAG Haryana Arun Bhardwaj: almost 900 persons are eligible for the accommodation. Upto Sept 19, 2021, we received 2416 applications, out of this 899 are eligible. eligible means they have the documents

Justice Khanwilkar: if we add certain documents then can they be made eligible?

AAG: Let us come on 4th and say if there are any alternate documents

SC: Look at alternate ways one can identify himself. the eligibility for the purpose of accommodation here is that if they owned a property in the encroached area. but under PMAY one can apply even if they are below a certain income limit

SC: These pleas have been listed to consider the challenge the eligibility criteria specified in the rehabilitation policy. in the context of issues raised by petitioners and suggestions made, corporation seeks time for instructions and revert back

SC: AAG says corporation will file peroper affidavit with suggestion and details on further documents which can be allowed to decide eligibility and acceptance. that issue will be considered on October 4. Mr Sanjay Parikh has invited our attention to monthly payment

SC: Even this aspect can be clarified by the corporation. Srishti Agnihotri submitted e portal of the corporation has some glitches. This too may be addressed. List the matters on October 4
