I think I first joined Twitter in 2011.
My Twitter handle then was @theBOOKStarr
Actually I first joined Twitter in September 2011.
My old avi (profile picture) and old bio. My account had no header then.
I then created another Twitter account in 2014.

The Twitter handle was and is @mybookshelf_ceo

It had a header now
In 2018 I created about my third Twitter account. Handle @sojini_lungile.

It's suspended now, hence me not being sure.

I used this account in 2018 up to last year, 2020.

That means I used it when I was in Tembisa (2018) and at Rhodes (2019).
In 2018 and 2019, even though I had unlimited access to the internet, I was rarely on Twitter.

In 2020, come pandemic, the internet was hard to come by so I was barely online.
Then I created about my fourth Twitter account (this one) in April 2021.
In April, about six months ago, I put unlimited internet in my pozie, or shack, if you will.

And whenever I try to login to my @sojini_lungile account, Twitter doesn't allow me even though I remember my password well.
So I'm forced to create another Twitter account. The fourth one I guess.

I can't use lungile sojini so I go for lungsta.

Why? In Tembisa, this guy Matsobane, a drinker and cool graphic designer, would always greet me this way: 'Lungsta gangster!'.
That's how the handle came about. It kinda talks about who I am. I'm generally a nice guy but rebellious at times.

I think I try to live up to my Twitter handle when I'm posting stuff online.
I know I have to be nice but there are times when I tell myself to be gangsta and not be too nice.
In 2017, I was on Twitter quiet a bit. Two things stand out for me from that year.

1) Me and my friend used to hop on the justkholi trains hoping to get likes and followers.

2) Tholukuthihey. Yeah, that's the year Killer Kau set ablaze the Twitter trends.

Something like this was bound to happen. Phela we haven't had Easter in two years.

Shembe
Some tweep said political parties were jealous of the Shembe march.

I think the tweep was right: turns out this Shembe march is a factional march.
Thanks for letting us know cousin that it's not Shembe but Nazareth Baptist Church.

Forgive us. This march came while we were still analysing the #EFFManifestoLaunch and #ANCManifesto.

#SexInSandton: Thread by Thread

'So, how are things at home?' Lizi asked her senior colleague.

'My husband always chasing the money,' Bantu said. 'And my son still at their schooltrip.'
As she said this, Bantu was looking at her junior colleague's pregnant belly.

She had watched it from the size of a little dot to the massive size of a basketball.

'Don't you get worried about anything bad happening to your son?' Lizi was concerned.
#Sandton

Of course, Abantu was worried about her son, Johnny. What mother wouldn't be?

Even Bantu's mother, who would be visiting in time of her birthday, worried about her. But she knew what was worrying her junior colleague.

'Nothing will happen to your baby,' Bantu said.
