Confidence has vision.

Hunger shows up everyday.

Hunger is never satisfied.

Hunger has a healthy ego.

Integrity does the right thing when no one's watching.

Integrity cuts cost but not corners.

Integrity creates trust.

Gratitude is happy to wake up every morning.

Gratitude stays humble.

Gratitude never forgets where it came from.

It's all intrinsic - they're built in.

Builders build means:

- Bias towards aggressive action
- Evolution not revolution
- Don't overthink it
