10 Learnings That Changed my Life Forever in my 20's.
Adopt these early on in life and I believe you can conquer the world.

1/ Leverage Types - Capital, Labor, Media, and Code -
I grew up in an old school town with parents who used labor to put food on the table.
I thought labor was the only way of building a business. Do not forget to seek other forms of leverage through capital, media, or code.
2/ Labor leverage will impress your friends and family but it's one of the hardest routes to success.
I believe the strategy of taking advantage of both labor leverage and media/code is a life hack and will excel your path to success.
3/ Work Smarter Not Harder - Delegate Early, Build Once Sell Twice, and Template Everything -
An overused term that boomers use but they're 100% correct. Life has harder routes and easier routes and it takes some time to see the easier route but when you do things change fast.
4/ Understand your worth and raise it higher, low-level tasks should not be completed by you, delegate and do it earlier rather than later.
Build once and sell twice, media and code are renowned for this...
5/ Take advantage of this permission-less leverage and create one product and selling it many times over.
When creating anything do not forget to create templates for tools of automation in the future. Time spent once that will save you hours in the future as well as excel you.
6/ Do Not Be Afraid To Be Selfish -
I find a ton of 20-year-olds grow up being taught it's always important to care for others and be selfless. While that is very true, it also needs to be emphasized that you should never be afraid to be as selfish as possible.
7/ I see people getting caught in situations and feel stuck because they are not selfish enough.
I do not believe life is a single-player game but I do believe you should be very comfortable putting yourself above other things in life without hesitation.
8/ Happiness is found inside yourself, not from anyone else -
Friends, family, and spouses can bring you happiness but it should not be something that you are dependent on.
I do not feel responsible for anyone else's happiness nor should someone feel responsible for
9/ my happiness. You need to focus on yourself and working on your personal happiness or life will be very hard.
Depending on others to provide happiness is a downhill spiral that does not provide stability.
8/ Stop Caring What Anyone Thinks Of You -
This is an overused saying that I think people do not take seriously. People in the world are generally only focused on themselves and that's 100% fine, but you should not sit around thinking the opposite then.
9/ The earlier on in life you can stop caring what your old high school or college friends think of you the better off you are.
Many people hold back from opportunities and what they really want to do in life, because of this problem.
10/ Focusing On Raising Your Income Is More Important Than Investing Early On -
I was obsessed with building wealth and the idea of investing in real estate consumed my head. My 100% focus in life was trying to invest every penny I had into real estate and the equities market.
11/ I took focus away from trying to build cash flow, this was a huge mistake.
College students ask me daily "I have 10k cash" what should I invest in?"
I always say "yourself"
What I mean by that is...
12/ focus on skills and building income sources that can grow. Ex. A cleaning business that could provide monthly cash flow for you.
Investing is important but creating and building cashflow sources should be your #1 priority.
13/ Make Lots Of Asymmetric Bets -
In business and in life, I have always looked for these but honestly never realized what I was doing until recently.
A thought exercise I always do before I make any decision.
I ask myself...
14/ "What is the worst possible outcome that could happen, and what is the best possible outcome that could happen."
If I see that the best possible outcome greatly outweighs the worst I take the bet and risk.
Do this multi times throughout life and you will do well.
15/ Understand Your "Why." -
You need to know what your desires are and focus on getting that single desire.
People wander through life with desires and never pursue them. It's very important to understand your "why" is and what your desires are in life.
16/ Find one then work hard on achieving that desire.
The end of the journey as well as the entire journey is not enjoyable if you do not understand why you are doing something.
The long hard journey needs to have a root desire or else it's worthless.
17/ Life Is Long So Don't Be Afraid To Start Over And Change Your Path -
Fresh out of college you get a career and work years on it and build it up and then you suddenly you realize your desires are off.
It's very hard to make the jump of starting over as it feels like those
18/ past years of career-building were a waste.
I do not believe this to be true.
The greatest creators in the world have the will and grit to start over.
Adopt that mentality and you will find success on one of your paths.
19/ You Can Do Whatever You Want In Life -
Things in life seem impossible sometimes it's easy to have large dreams and it's hard to go day in and day out working on achieving those dreams.
20/ It is also easy to have self disbelief where you think sometimes achieving lofty goals is impossible.
Nothing is stopping you from being the best at whatever you want to do.
Work hard, try your best and never give up on your desires and you truly can do anything in life.

I launched a house cleaning company almost right out of college.
In 1 year I was able to grow it to grossing almost 20k a month from pure hard work, great customer communication, and being resourceful.
Let me help you! š§µ
1/ It's less complicated than you think but it does require some hard work and grit.
So let's say you're broke and have no idea what you want to do but you are willing to work hard and be resourceful.
The first thing on your mind should be MONEY.
2/ Without money, you really can't do anything.
Sad but true.....
We need a super low barrier to entry industry that's outdated and you can easily jump in and capture market share fast with some great software and good customer service.
Why would anyone ever be interested in property management?
What a weird thing to be interested in...
Aren't you worried about the headaches? The late-night phone calls?
No...let me break this down for you. š§µ
1/ All businesses have headaches..... I just don't mind the headaches with industries that have very high potential revenue numbers with high net margins and very little expenses.
And that's exactly what property management is.
I am talking specifically about...
2/ the management of short-term rentals (Under 30-day stays).
I am not interested in the long-term, multi-unit, and large HOA/strata type complexes that require large labor leverage and management.
I am interested in short-term guests staying in...
