Which one is better , to be a giver or taker ??

So what is this book all about ?
This one can be describe in a company scenario when a collegues asking : could you do me a favour ???

What is your replies is show you are giver or taker ??
For example : your mind is thinking : how they gonna pay me in return , you are taker.

Or I’m be happy to help without expected return ! Then you are a giver.
Now , which one will leads to long term success , giver or taker ??

Based on his scientific research on engineers , medical student and salesperson , the most successful in sales performance is the one whose is givers.
Salesperson who is a giver are contribute 50% more sales to the company.

Medical student that givers are get 22% more higher grades in their academic result.
Engineer that givers are frequently getting best performance reviews.

This we called it successful givers.
But in fact , givers also one of top provided the worst performance in the group !!!
You must be said : james , you are crazy how come giver can be no.1 and also be the worst one , curious right ??

Successful givers will ask 3 question before offering their TIME.
1.) WHY ?

Successful giver : What I gave & Why I gave ~ they are important to me / it’s importance.

Worst giver : I’m supposed to / it’s my job , in the end they BURNOUT.
2.) WHEN ?

Successful giver : they realise 9-5pm always giving will lose their momentum of work in productivity.

So they set 9am to noon focus on productivity , and the rest only go for giving time help others solved problem.
3.) For WHOM ??

Givers benefit the greater good but takers only benefit themselves.

It’s mean giver will give you takers a chance to performance themself , if they don’t , then giver will say goodbye to them.
How to spot a takers :
1.) They always said I & ME as giver said US & WE.

2.) They love to scold & look people to get failed as giver love to help people successful just like them.
One more tips is we can’t define TAKERS is they sometime look friendly but act on it to get close with you.

While some GIVERS is not look friendly but they are willing to help if you asked for it.
In summary , we want to be giver need take care of this two thing :

Whether been BURNOUT / LETS OTHER TAKE ADVANTAGE ON YOU.
Always remember use WHY , WHEN AND FOR WHOM .

Formulae DSR % = Bulanan Kommitment / Monthly Net Income.
