nothing in our system takes corrupt politicians out. There is literally no independent mechanism to rid the parliament of corrupt politicians. Only the corrupt politician can remove the corrupt politician. They resign, the party disendorses them, or we wait for an election.

sometimes I wonder if these people can read. Most seem to lack the level of comprehension skills required for journalism. Liberal Party media advisor level literacy maybe, but not political journalism.
