Anil Singh ASG (for NCB) is vehemently arguing for extension of remand for #AryanKhan. He says they need to get to the bottom of this and it has become very common for youth to consume drugs.

13 gms of Coccaine, 22 pills were found and seized. Crime was registered subsequently. It was found during the investigation that the accused were involved in sale and purchase of narcotics. Hence they were produced before holiday court #AryanKhan

It was argued that incriminating material was found while conducting fresh raids. This coupled with arrests need to be corroborated. Prosecution has stated that shocking and incriminating material was found #AryanKhan

NCB remand till 7th October 2021 #AryanKhan

Court: All NDPS offences are non-bailable. Therefore there is no question of bail here. What is to be considered is whether custody needs to be given or not. It will be essential for prosecution and accused to prove their case

If he wants, #AryanKhan can buy thr entire Cruise Ship, said Maneshinde, his lawyer today.
Court however remanded him to NCB custody till October 7.

Magistrate Court relied on #RheaChakraborty’s case, stating that all NDPS cases are non-bailable. While remanding #AryanKhan to NCB custody, Court said given the circumstances under which Khan was apprehended, it is essential that information is verified.
