Yesterday Kevin Johnston was sentenced to 18 months in jail for contempt directly related to his continued defamation of @mohamadfakih8. 1/22

He originally lost the defamation suit in 2019, but since then continued to defame the victim, ridicule the courts, and openly state he will never pay any judgement. 3/22

It should be noted also that Kevin has been sued successfully numerous times and treats these lawsuits with the same level of contempt. 4/22

After the sentence had been rendered Kijiji was on his live feed doubling down claiming he was jailed for "telling the truth" and "for being a conservative."

However Kevin as those who are aware of him already know lies as easily as he breathes. 5/22

I posted a thread on the show last night as he and far-right pastor Artur Pawlowski lamented their legal woes and claimed the courts were corrupt for treating them like criminals... which they both are incidentally.

Tonight Johnston was back at it, and though there is a lot to unpack in the video where he talks to the candidates he endorses for city council, I'm just going to focus on his doubling down on attacks on the court and Mr. Fakih. 7/22

Kevin claims he is appealing the sentence accusing the judge of making legal errors, of having a personal animus toward him, and he will be able delay sentencing until he is mayor after which they won't dare imprison him. He also attacks the victim again. 8/22

Apparently Kijiji thinks the office of mayor grants him immunity and a "Get Out of Jail Free" card. 9/22

Claims again that they are locking him up "just for telling the truth" while also trying to claim it wasn't clear he was talking about the victim anyways.

Notice too how he tries to scare his followers to believe that they are next if he goes to jail. 10/22

Claims lawyers are appalled over the sentence and predicts lawyers leaving the legal profession in disgust because of how he was treated. 11/22

Get over yourself.

Lawyers are not quitting their jobs in solidarity with a two bit grifter.

You are not important and in time will be blessedly forgotten when your schtick becomes boring even for your most devoted supporters who have attention spans of goldfish. 12/22

Kevin ends his programme begging for money and once again claiming he was sentenced for telling the truth, "and in some cases not saying much of anything at all." 19/22

At 50, Kijiji is 5 years and a month or so older than me, and yet he is incapable of taking any kind of responsibly for his own poor life choices. It is always someone else's fault. He should be allowed to act with impunity. People who call him on his behaviour are bullied. 20/22

In general, children are able to recognize the consequences for their actions by age 6.

Kevin J Johnston is not as self-aware as most 6 year olds are. 21/22

If I were Johnston, I would be ashamed of myself.

Kevin Johnston however doesn't seem capable of feeling shame which why, when all is said and done and he eventually shuffles off his mortal coils decades hence, his life will have been one of failure and disappointment. 22/22
