As promised, I’ll give out the sauce on how we are PRINTING appointments

first, disclaimers: you MUST have a good offer and good product market fit, otherwise it won’t work.

\\THREAD//
Step 1: Nail down your offer, do outbound prospecting yourself and take sales calls yourself and collect feedback

I was doing this February- April and we were able to nail down a super solid offer we knew was a no brainer
Step 2: Hire an outbound company, we hired leadbird.io for about 3 months

They found lead sourcing and scripts that worked SUPER well for us (our response rate was insane)

We took what they were doing and made super clear cut SOP’s
Step 3: We signed up a bunch of affiliates or SDR’s and taught them how to book us appointments using the SOP’s we had created

If you want to make money by setting us appointments you can sign up at affiliate.tryclosify.com
Step 4: we got to the point where it was time to take lead gen internal

The GOAT of outbound @NickAbraham12 bought a ton of domains and warmed them up & bought a ton of contacts

We’re now ramping up from currently 100 emails per day up to 500
Step 5: Other methods. We hired the the GOAT of SEO @SEOKeval to rank us for key searches. We already book 1-2 calls a week from google. Imagine what that will be in a few months

We’ve also utilized doing some DM blasts, most traffic from them is shit but some will close
So yes, we’re printing 10-12 demos per day while only sending 100 emails per day

Imagine once it’s 500 and once our SEO is ramped up

Let alone haven’t even touched ads...
Most important lessons I’ve learned:

> diversify your lead gen sources, don’t rely on one
> create SOP’s for everything
> hire the BEST for everything (it won’t be cheap)
> make your offer a no brainer

lots of agency owners aren’t even doing the bare MINIMUM for success

let me explain what you should have set up in your business that many don’t

read this if you want to add $$ to your MRR

Do not read if you hate money

Here’s the flow I see most agency owners using when a call is booked

Call booked -> maybe one confirmation email -> take the meeting

This leads to LOW show up rate and LOW trust/authority prior to the call
Here’s what your flow SHOULD look like

Prospect books a call -> custom redirect to a “homework page”

This should showcase your testimonials/case studies and tell them what to expect on the call

Let me give you guys some game

if you’re a business owner

you need to have the same burning fucking desire to be great in every area of your life not just business

you do not pick and choose where you get to be great

You need to be great in ALL aspects of life
you should be strong and athletic

Something @LogFitz6 talks about a lot

Get in the gym, lift weights, do boxing or BJJ (next on my list to start)

Do sprints, run a fast mile, become strong and athletic
Fix your sleep

I cannot stress the difference I feel in energy levels throughout the day from since I started sleeping and waking up at the same time

If your sleep schedule is everything you’re losing so much potential

Alright... I’m going to give y’all the thread of how I’d make minimum $50k by end of year starting from scratch

On a budget

Disclaimer: this will actually be valuable and not a shit post

\\thread//
1) I would start by interviewing a variety of people in different niches

Interview agency owners, info product sellers, real estate agents, fitness coaches, pick 3-5 niches you’re interested in and go from there
2) after you’ve done enough interviews you’ll have found a common problem

Obviously a very common one at the moment is a lack of being able to book appts

(Hence the boom in now Omni present agencies)

Do you run an agency and have at least 1 client/case study?

I want to help you scale FAST

so let’s get into the three things you need to scale fast

>> book appointments
>> close deals
>> fulfill your service

\\thread//
Lead generation and prospecting is CRUCIAL

Listen you can have Jordan Belfort as your closer but if you don’t have qualified prospects he ain’t closing

first you need to know your audience
>> what are their struggles
>> what is valuable to them
>> can you speed up their process?
>> can you save them money?

Once you figure out what they value- nail this in all of your copy at your top of funnel

{How I Close Influencers}

As promised

I’m about to drop a thread on how I contact and message influencers with 100k-1M followers

most people’s bottleneck is in their outreach

Let’s change that

\\thread//
So how do we reach out to high level business owners?

Influencers, agency owners, coaches, etc

Well first off, let’s place ourselves in their shoes

Many of my clients have been verified, 100k ++ followers, etc

They get TONS of DM’s

Every. Single. Day
Would get pretty annoying having 30 people pitch you for a quick “virtual coffee” or whatever every day right?

So we’re NOT going to do that

They’re humans too just like us and we want to make them our friends

Closify currently has a 100% success rate

Every single agency owner that has hired from closify

Their rep has already closed a deal

Let’s break down why closify is changing the game

\\thread//
In June I joined Iman Gadzhi’s copy paste agency

everyone in it is doing $10-$100k per month

and they all had 1 of 2 problems
1. They’re VERY mediocre at sales- reading from a script and losing deals each month

2. Their calendar is so packed that they cannot focus on growing the biz
