2. Connect your new habits with your existing routine.

- If want to keep your desk organised always, connect with your existing routine.

- "After bathing, I will take 5 minutes to organise desk." works much better than "when I find time, I should organise my desk everyday".
3. Invest in Yourself.

- It is a surest way to improve your quality of life, be successful, and productive.

- Take the time to develop your skills, explore your creative side, and prioritize self-care

- It can be as simple as reading a book, taking little time to rejenuvate
4. Incorporate your senses to rewire new habits easily.

-If You are a food lover, who loves to eat junk food,

- Find a healthy alternative to this craving. Find a yummy salad, cinnamon tea etc which appeals you even more.

- It helps you slowly change your habit.
5. Cultivate positive attitude.

- Positive attitude helps you stay hopeful in tough situations and to cope up with them healthily.

- Start the day with a smile.

- Start a gratitude journal.

- See the bright side in every situration.
6. Set daily goals/weekly goals.

- Think the big picture break it into bits.

- Set yearly goals/ monthly goals/weekly goals/daily goals.

- Revisit your progress and plans frequently.

- Fine tune them if they are not moving forward in the direction of your goals.
