Life Auditing is listing your assets and liabilities for all the important areas of your life, not just your finances.
Best time to do life audit:

- When you feel unfulfilled
- When you feel lost and aimless
- When you are not sure what will make you happier
- When you're overwhelmed by your emotions
- When you feel emotionally low without reason
- When you're willing to scale up in life
Decide audit categories.

Categories:

Physical Health/Mental Health/Job satisfaction/Career Progress

Net worth/Financial Knowledge/Relationships with Family/Relationships with Friends

Community Contribution/Love Life/Self Image/Habits/Personal Growth/Fun & Leisure
Strength/Fitness/Energy/Wellness/Spirituality.

Process for conducting a Life Audit.

1. Decide what aspect of your life you have to audit.

2. Decide on the metrics you use to measure (like below or on scale of 1-10)

- Very unsatisfied
- Unsatisfied
- Neither Unsatisfied
- Satisfied
- Very Satisfied

3. Design a form that you're going to use for your audit - just the name and scale (0-10) etc.,

4. Use questions instead of ratings - if you feel comfortable.
5. Once you've determined where you are now, decide where you want to be.

6. Make an action plan to reach your goals. Note down the steps that you need to take.

7. Carry out your action plan and do audits frequently to know where you stand and to understand your progress.
