Things that can contribute to premature ejaculation:
1. Diabetes 2. Stress 3. Anxiety 4. Depression 5. Erectile dysfunction 6. Abnormal hormone levels 7. Inflammation and infection of the prostate or urethra.
If you have infrequent premature ejaculation (PE) then it’s not a cause for concern but if you ALWAYS have premature ejaculation then it is of great concern.
If you frequently have PE then it’s important to trace the cause, to trace what is actually triggering that, if it’s psychological, like anxiety or depression, then you attend to it, see a therapist or speak with someone you can confide it, it can be of great help.
It’s important you check your blood sugar level if you frequently experience PE as it is one of the major factors that can predispose one to such. Run a blood sugar test if ur blood sugar is too high then get your blood sugar in control. Getting it in control solves the problem.
About 16% of patients with PE have prostatic inflammation.
When you experience frequent PE the best thing u can do for yourself is see your healthcare provider so that you can get the exact treatment you need, this may not involve drugs, things like exercise (squats, going for jogs and the likes) and dietary changes maybe what u need or
-even counseling, having proper rest and sleep may sort you out but if it still persists then medications can then be used.

How to effectively use your drugs (Omeprazole and Antacids) :
.If you have ulcer and you are making use of Omeprazole, take it before eating.
.If you are using antacids (eg Mismag) take it before eating especially if you also experience heartburn and/or indigestion.
.If you are using Omeprazole and an antacid, take the antacid and give space of at least 3hrs before taking the omeprazole. If you are to take the omeprazole first, space it for at least 2hrs before taking the antacid.
This is because taking them together or at a time will result in drug-drug interaction.

She might be suffering from postpartum depression and she needs immediate care.

She needs to see a doctor for counseling, possibly see a therapist.
As her husband, you have to always be there for her, making sure she gets enough rest as possible and try to understand and bear with her. If it doesn’t get better, medications are then used in the treatment.
The condition is treatable and with proper care and medication(s) if necessary she would be ok. If this is not attended to she is likely going to experience major depression later on in life, cause harm not only to herself but even to her baby.
